About the role
As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Chief Technology Officer based in New York, NY, on several innovative Consumer, Technology, and Healthcare-related client accounts. The ideal candidate would be a digital native with deep expertise in and a passion for data visualization and storytelling, statistics, web analytics, social media analytics, and the ability to connect the dots back to business objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports measuring KPIs and finding optimizations
- Assist with weekly trend reporting, ensuring the team is up to date on the latest social media and cultural trends
- Own ad hoc and crisis monitoring and reporting, providing insight into media events and their impacts
- Advise the team on opportunities you find in the data and consistently push for improvements
- Guide and support Junior Analysts, providing mentorship and instruction
