About the role
Accurately record inspection findings, test results, and quality data; maintain logbooks and databases. Prepare reports, raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and communicate deviations or issues to supervisors. Help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure quality protocols are followed on the floor.
