About the role
As Sr. HR Business Partner (People Business Partner) at RZR, you will serve as the primary strategic People partner for our teams in India, working directly with regional leadership to align people strategy with business goals. This role is critical to enabling planned growth by building strong people practices, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and improving day-to-day organizational effectiveness in-region.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary People Partner for the India region, partnering closely with regional leadership to align people strategy with business goals and planned growth
- Drive retention and reduce attrition by proactively identifying talent risks and implementing data-informed interventions
- Own and execute the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, 90-day reviews, performance cycles, and talent planning
- Establish and reinforce a high-performance culture with clear expectations, accountability, and differentiation across teams
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and senior leaders, providing candid guidance on performance, organizational design, and employee engagement
