About the role
Seeking a dynamic HRIS team member who is passionate about the art and science of People Analytics and Workforce Planning. This role will be accountable for modeling insights through strong, cohesive, logical narratives and action-oriented analytics.
What you'll do
- Maximize existing technologies (incl. but not limited to Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards
- Support workforce planning (labor forecasting, modeling) via Workday Adaptive
- Mindfully delivering Workday Security changes for reporting and functional configuration
- Creating Executive-Level analytics that make effective use of storytelling and design
- Understanding the Workday and Google roadmaps; harmonizing system vision and capability with business need and prioritization
