About the role
The Principal – Service Delivery, Data & Analytics is a senior, customer‑facing individual contributor who owns complex Data & Analytics solutions end‑to‑end , from problem discovery and solution shaping through hands‑on execution. This role works directly with airline customers to understand business and operational challenges, recommend and sell technically sound solutions, and personally lead delivery execution — including writing production code .
What you'll do
- Customer Engagement & Solution Ownership
- Act as a trusted technical and delivery advisor to airline customers
- Lead problem discovery and translate business needs into scalable Data & Analytics solutions
- Shape, recommend, and support selling of solutions aligned to customer value and platform capabilities
- Build customer trust through technical credibility, transparency, and consistent execution
