Senior Product Manager - Digital Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our global Digital Experience team, where innovation knows no borders. This team owns and scales whitelabel e-commerce and post-booking servicing products for leading global airline partners. It bridges complex backend capabilities with modern digital storefronts to deliver seamless traveler journeys.

What you'll do

• Manage investment decisions, scoping and priority backlogs for scrum teams while writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance, deliver scalable architectural solutions and maintain product quality
• Engage directly with global customer touchpoints, focus groups and industry events to gather market insights and shape product direction
• Lead product evolution as clients transition from legacy workflows toward modern Offer & Order retailing architectures
• Analyze and resolve technical escalations and maintenance issues alongside commercial and delivery teams to ensure operational stability
