- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers for better cost efficiency and quality assurance
- Ensure timely availability of required consumables and MRO materials to avoid production downtime
- Float inquiries, prepare comparative statements , and finalize orders based on price, quality, and delivery
- Coordinate with user departments, stores, and accounts for material requirement, receipt, and payment follow-up
