About the role
As an Assistant Manager – PPC , you will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities for our solar module manufacturing unit. You will ensure smooth material flow, optimum capacity utilization, and timely delivery of products while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- 🔹 Prepare and monitor short-term & long-term production plans aligned with business forecasts
- 🔹 Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure timely execution on the shop floor
- 🔹 Coordinate with procurement, stores, and supply chain to ensure material availability
- 🔹 Track daily production, WIP (Work in Progress), and output against plan
- 🔹 Conduct capacity planning, manpower deployment, and machine utilization analysis
