What you'll do
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards during all stages of solar module production (cell sorting, stringing, lamination, assembly, and final testing)
- Conduct in-process and final inspections, audits, and testing of PV modules as per IEC/UL standards
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and customer complaints
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to improve process capability and product quality
- Support implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems within the plant
