What you'll do
- Deliver on operational metrics for the Product and Systems Training team
- This includes meeting/exceeding key training outcomes like Training Throughput, 30 day/60 day/90 day performance across productivity and quality
- This includes creating or updating training materials, designing curriculum
- Leverage Technology to build new gen/tech based digital Training assets
- This involves using platforms to build e-learning content, use AI to create a customized learning pathway for participants
