About the role
The role of a Vice President and Head of Payer Operations is to drive organization's strategic business initiatives, ensure successful service delivery for our clients, and continually raise the bar of our Operations.
What you'll do
- Conceptualize(Client, internal) and manage large (multi-capability) $10M-$25M annual savings per client transformational projects
- Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with employees, Board of managers, customers and multiple Operations system executive suites
- Participates in the budget process to ensure departments operates within approved budgets
- Successfully integrate new growth opportunities into the company and its Operations
- Participate in developing and implementating contracts with payors, providers, Operations systems and vendors
