About the role
We are hiring a Production Engineer to lead daily production schedules, optimize manpower, machines and materials, and keep operations running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Track output against plan and resolve delays promptly
- Reduce cycle times through Lean, 5S, Kaizen and TPM
- Ensure in-process quality checks and support internal and customer audits
- Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance
