About the role
Reporting to the Sr Analyst, HRIS and working closely with the HR technology team, the HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Teams in using our HRIS systems correctly and assists them in resolving any problems With a passion for helping others the candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent system skills and the ability to hone in on a problem to resolve it quickly.
What you'll do
- Provide first tire operational support for our HR System (Workday) and processes
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to queries through the Jira ticketing system in a timely manner
- Investigate and troubleshoot system related questions and issues from the HR Team and other end users
- Work with the IT team to resolve any escalated issues
- Assist with creating ad hoc reports to meet business requirements
