About the role
Responsible for managing end-to-end Labour Law, Statutory, Payroll and Establishment Compliance across Pan-India , ensuring timely filings, payments, documentation and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT) and LWF compliance
- Handle Establishment Compliance across Pan-India locations
- Prepare and coordinate applicable statutory returns and filings
- Maintain statutory records, compliance trackers and documentation
- Prepare monthly MIS, compliance reports and dashboards
