Workplace Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Dedicated Platform Support Specialist to play a variety of roles as an expert designer, project leader and occasional trainer in the Saltmine platform. This individual will be a self-starter who is capable of owning their own work while also being an integral member of our team, and at times, customers’ teams.

What you'll do

• — Directly assigned to clients alongside a customer success rep
• — Responsible for all Design/Test Fitting service requests from demos and active clients
• —‹ Create layouts and Mood board based on client’s profile and guideline
• —‹ Ensure program requirements/ Space budget is met
• —‹ Ensure all technical requirements / compliance are met
