About the role
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items) OEE of Extruder & vacuum forming machines to be improve as per set targets. Rejection during change over & in process to be reduce by improving production efficiencies to a set yearly target. To be participate in SMED, CLIT & MY Machine-like campaign in the department.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor extrusion and vacuum forming machines
- Set up machines and adjust process parameters as required
- Ensure product quality as per specifications
- Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
