About the role
The Delivery Coordinator supports the Automation Delivery Lead in coordinating the day-to-day execution of automation delivery, with an initial focus on the Aurora programme. The role helps maintain integrated plans, transparent reporting, effective governance, and timely follow-up across business stakeholders, delivery partners, architecture, engineering, quality, security, validation, and operations.
What you'll do
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Support the Automation Delivery Lead or other accountable delivery owner in coordinating delivery activities across assigned programmes, projects, releases
- Maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, action logs, risks, issues, decisions, change records, and governance documentation
- Coordinate day-to-day collaboration among business stakeholders, internal technology teams, delivery partners, and other third parties
- Prepare governance meetings, delivery reviews, status reports, dashboards, minutes, and decision materials, providing an accurate view of progress, forecast, scope
