About the role
This role will serve as a strategic technology partner to Clinical Development and Patient Safety stakeholders, driving digital transformation, business value realization, operational excellence, and AI driven innovation across the Clinical Development and Pharmacovigilance landscape. The role combines stakeholder engagement, technology leadership, solution architecture, application ownership, automation delivery, and operational support.
What you'll do
- Partner with Clinical Development and Patient Safety leaders to shape technology strategy and digital roadmaps
- Lead implementation and support of Clinical Development and Patient Safety platforms, including Veeva Clinical Development Cloud, Veeva Safety, SafetyDocs, Signal
- Identify, design, and implement automation and AI use cases that enhance operational efficiency and business value
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and cloud-based clinical solutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives while ensuring compliance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
