What you'll do
- As an Events & Engagements Specialist, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of a wide range of internal and external events
- This role requires strong coordination, compliance awareness, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure impactful, efficient, and compliant event delivery across regions
- Partner directly or indirectly through third-party agencies with transversal brand teams, creative agencies, HCOs, associations
- Provide input on site selection, service contractors, contract negotiations, and budget planning. Facilitate vendor selection as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies, particularly those related to transparency and compliance
