What you'll do
- Build Intelligent Operations from the ground up — defining how AI-native deployments are governed, monitored, and kept healthy after go-live
- Own the handover framework for engagements transitioning from delivery to production, defining what "production-ready" means before your team takes ownership
- Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response capability for deployed AI solutions so SLA commitments are met by design
- Design the operational model to scale — tooling, automation, and partner integration so every new go-live builds on what came before
- Work with the Knowledge & IP team to feed operational learnings back into the delivery lifecycle so each collaboration starts stronger
