About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced FICO JVA and PS Consultant to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO, Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), and Project Systems (PS), with expertise in S/4HANA Private Cloud and Fiori apps. Oil and Gas domain experience is preferred.
What you'll do
- Provide support for SAP FICO, JVA, and PS modules on S/4HANA Private Cloud, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation
- Be available for on-call support and urgent break-fix issues, responding promptly to critical incidents
- Ensure resolution of all critical issues within the mandated 4-hour period
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address urgent needs, translating them into effective solutions
- Ensure seamless integration between FICO, JVA, PS, MM, and HR Time Management modules, particularly in complex environments
