Hiring an SAP HR Consultant with experience in SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors (SFSF) modules.
What you'll do
- Configure and support SAP ECC HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll
- Implement and support SFSF modules (Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, etc.)
- Perform integration between ECC HCM and SuccessFactors
- Support compliance requirements, statutory payroll, and time schemas
- Conduct testing, documentation, training, and production support
