About the role

Closing that gap is the hardest problem in enterprise AI, and it is what Deployment Strategists at Sarvam do. You own the arc of a customer engagement, from the first proof of concept through to their systems running live, handling millions of real conversations across Indian languages and delivering the outcomes we signed up to.

What you'll do

• Own deployments end to end, from proof of concept through to the system running in production and hitting its committed KPIs
• Run the proof of concept where a customer needs to see it work before committing at scale. Getting to a convincing result quickly is often what unlocks the full…
• Run the programme: plan, timelines, dependencies, risks, scope discipline, and the difficult conversations when something is off track
• Be the customer's point of contact through delivery
• Drive adoption on the ground. A system that works technically but is not used by the collections team
