Technical Writer

About the role

We’re looking for a technical writer to help people understand what we’re building, how it works and what they can do with it. You’ll work closely with researchers, engineers and product teams to write about the decisions, advances and practical applications behind our work. That could mean explaining how we train a model, developing the story for a product launch or showing developers how to build with our APIs.

What you'll do

• Work directly with researchers and engineers to understand their work, draw out interesting ideas and develop pieces from early conversations through publication
• Explain technical approaches, benchmark results and design decisions with enough detail for readers to understand the evidence and trade-offs
• Develop launch narratives that clearly articulate what a model or product does, what has improved and where it is useful
• Adapt ideas across formats, from a detailed technical article to a product page, launch email or short social post
• Edit contributions from technical teams, strengthening their structure and readability while preserving the author’s expertise and intent
