About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in Agile software development, requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, collaborating with development teams, managing sprint deliverables, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from client stakeholders
• Translate feature requests into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, backlog grooming, sprint refinement, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional gaps
• Manage and prioritize user stories and product backlogs using Jira
