About the role
CIBOX administers and supports enterprise CI/CD platform tools used by development teams across the organization, including Sonar, JFrog, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity and XL Deploy. The team handles onboarding, user queries, access and permission issues, troubleshooting, administrative tasks, upgrades, certificates, integrations and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Administer and support Sonar, JFrog, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity and XL Deploy
- Support developers with onboarding, how-to queries, incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, scan, artifact, runner, agent, credential, access and integration issues
- Manage users, repositories, permissions, credentials, certificates, tokens, webhooks and service accounts
- Upgrade Jenkins and plugins, validate compatibility and support routine maintenance activities
