About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong agriculture domain knowledge and hands-on experience in product discovery, solutioning, and zero-to-one product development. Your primary focus will be identifying unmet customer needs, shaping scalable solutions, and taking new products from discovery through launch.
What you'll do
- Own deep, continuous discovery informed by market shifts, direct customer engagement and feedback, internal stakeholder insights, and the competitive landscape
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes through structured interviews, field visits, and usage analysis
- Identify recurring problems and distinguish individual customer requests from broader product opportunities
- Test assumptions and validate customer problems and solution concepts through research, prototypes, and targeted experiments
