About the role
This is the role that anchors Sattva’s AI transformation. You drive the agenda for how AI changes the way we work, and you carry the organisation along that journey. You are accountable for making Responsible AI adoption happen; the business units and enablement teams you work with own the outcomes in their areas.
What you'll do
- AI Adoption, Fluency and Responsible AI
- Build on what exists, including the AI Ninja Program, the AI Open House and the responsible-use assessment results
- Steward the AI Policy. With security, legal and IT, assess privacy, consent, confidentiality, vendor terms, access and data retention
- Workflow Solutions with Business and Enablement Units
- Discover and prioritise opportunities with business unit leaders, enablement heads and delivery teams
