Entry-level analyst role at Sattva Consulting in Delhi. Open to freshers; up to 2 years, with a BBA or B.Com.
About the role
As a key member of the FinOps team, you will work closely with a Business Unit at Sattva to drive change through data. You will collaborate with various teams and influence stakeholders, instill behaviour change and solve complex scaling problems with utmost urgency. The team’s operations are largely entrepreneurial in nature and require a high degree of innovation and agile decision-making.
What you'll do
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and govern BU-level data — project status, resourcing, costs, invoicing — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and automation wherever possible
- Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports that give BU leadership actionable, decision-ready insights at regular frequencies
- Track project and BU-level metrics against key targets, flagging bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain resource allocation data across the BU; track utilization and unallocated cost
