About the role
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, impact, or related consulting/advisory roles. The role requires a strong consulting mindset, with the ability to conduct research and analysis, work with qualitative and quantitative data, develop actionable insights, and contribute to client engagements across diverse sustainability and business advisory themes.
What you'll do
- Support sustainability and business advisory engagements across diverse client projects and sectors
- Conduct primary and secondary research, data analysis, benchmarking, and sector/market assessments to generate actionable insights
- Support the development of sustainability strategies, frameworks, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps for clients
- Gather, analyse, and validate qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to projects across themes including sustainability reporting, ESG, climate and GHG accounting, circularity, agriculture/agri-allied sectors, gender
