Engagement Manager- Government Advisory

About the role

As a Lead in the Government Advisory Practice, you will play a key role in delivering complex government advisory engagements, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities to deepen Sattva's engagement with government partners. The role requires strong consulting experience, an understanding of state government systems, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while driving meaningful, long-term impact.

What you'll do

• Government Advisory & Engagement Delivery (80%)
• Lead the delivery of government advisory engagements partnering with government leadership to co-design high-impact initiatives and support their effective implementation
• Manage relationships with government stakeholders, donor partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of engagement outcomes
• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are consistently achieved while working effectively with the team, providing guidance
