About the role
We are looking for a Lead to anchor and grow Sattva’s Education Practice. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep expertise in education – particularly public education systems – who can shape the practice’s strategic agenda, provide oversight of complex, multi-donor programmes, build trusted relationships with senior influencers across the education ecosystem, and represent the practice’s work in national and global forums..
What you'll do
- Education Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Support the business teams (across Foundations, non-profits and CSR) in closing strategic education deals that build the credibility and expertise within the sector
- Support in effective delivery of education projects by complementing the team’s expertise with deep cross-cutting understanding of education
- Provide strategic guidance in helping key donors and partners design flagship initiatives to address critical challenges in education
