About the role
As a Senior Consultant in the Education Practice, you will play a critical role in leading complex engagements, managing client relationships, and shaping strategic solutions for some of the most pressing challenges in education. You will work closely with foundations, government departments, development partners, and education organisations to design and deliver high-impact initiatives.
What you'll do
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and achievement of project outcomes
- Develop project strategies, workplans, governance mechanisms, and delivery frameworks across multiple workstreams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure efficient execution
- Drive structured problem-solving and maintain overall accountability for project quality and client satisfaction
