We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, consulting-led environments. This role will partner closely with Business Unit Leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, drive talent decisions, and enable business growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable challenging leaders, using data to influence decisions, and balancing strategic thinking with execution excellence.
What you'll do
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and organizational challenges
- Translate business strategy into people strategy and execute initiatives that drive business outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organization design, workforce planning, productivity, and change management
- Participate in leadership reviews and provide people insights to support decision-making
- Drive end-to-end talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification
