About the role
The work spans CSR strategy and flagship programme design; impact portfolio advisory, covering compliance, portfolio governance, social audit, programme monitoring and impact measurement; and end-to-end programme management through implementation support, advisory and in-house tools.
What you'll do
- Drive and Manage tech platform adoption within the CSR Business Unit, playing a central role across all CSR projects in the unit
- Interface with the project leads and consultants in the unit and enable successful delivery of CSR projects using the tech platform
- Drive end-to-end governance of our engagement with Dhwani RIS, our technology partner behind mGrant and other potential partners
- Interface with NGO users of the tech platform, and support them on tech platform related requirements
- Working with the unit's AI Champions — the consultants already experimenting on their own projects — to turn what works into something productised
