About the role
The Head – Maintenance/ Engineering is responsible for ensuring high equipment reliability, maximum plant uptime, and safe, cost‑effective maintenance operations at the Surendranagar facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown reduction, utilities management, and continuous improvement to support uninterrupted production and business performance.
What you'll do
- Maintenance Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance systems
- Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and lifecycle management
- Drive reduction in breakdowns, downtime, MTTR, and maintenance-related losses
- Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and uptime
