About the role
We are hiring a Safety Officer (EHS) to ensure regulatory compliance, promote workplace safety, and implement global safety plans. Reporting to the Factory Manager, the role involves maintaining safety standards, statutory reporting, accident tracking, risk assessments, and safety training in a high-risk chemical plant environment.
What you'll do
- Maintain safety equipment, PPE compliance, and workplace safety standards
- Ensure statutory compliance (Factory Act, GPCB)
- Implement global EHS plans and monthly GPCB reporting
- Conduct EHS training, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, support safety committees, and promote safety campaigns
