About the role
We are looking for a proactive Shift In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage a team of process controllers, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety norms. This role ensures smooth operations, coordinates with quality and maintenance teams, and plays a key part in plant performance.

- Execute production as per SOPs and log sheets through process controllers
- Plan and prioritize shift tasks, ensuring safety and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance for seamless operations
- Guide and train process controllers; maintain production records
- Report deviations and support corrective actions in coordination with superiors
