What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with various ASME, API & IBR codes and standards
- Perform Pipe Stress analysis (Static & Dynamic) of Critical Piping Systems in accordance with ASME B31.3 Code Requirements, using CAESAR II software
- Perform flange leakage checks, blast analysis, transit analysis, slug checks, wind and seismic analysis, AIV & FIV checks
- Design and selection of pipe supports, springs hangers & Expansion joints
- Assign criticality rating based on pipe stress design basis and prepare critical line list
