About the role
As Spare Parts Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring necessary Spare parts are available on time to support a smooth start-up of the operations. Your responsibilities include developing the Spare Parts Strategy and executing related analysis for new projects, while coordinating efforts across Project, Supply Chain, Vendors, Operations Readiness, Clients and Global Organization.
What you'll do
- You develop a comprehensive Project Spares Strategy that encompasses procurement strategies, scope prioritization, budget distribution and forecast
- Additionally, you determine purchase quantities based on sparing strategies, operational data from CMMS
- You provide to Project Supply Chain the lists of required Spare parts to purchase
- You contribute to engineering/technical/safety related studies ensuring that actions requiring mitigation through spare parts are captured and addressed
- You facilitate Spares parts workshops with suppliers, clients, engineering, Operation Readiness team and Asset Integrity and Reliability’s experts
