Senior Quality Engineer I

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Automation Test Engineer to drive automation testing for digital banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Web, Mobile, and API automation, hands-on experience with Java, Appium Selenium, and knowledge of AI-powered testing. The role involves leading automation strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Lead automation testing initiatives across Web, Mobile, and API applications
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Playwright and industry best practices
• Define automation strategy, coding standards, framework architecture, and quality metrics
• Develop and execute automated functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end test suites
• Automate REST API testing using Playwright API, Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools
