About the role
Oversee all operational activities(MEP, Civil, Planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelines Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule Review the drawings in joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee any risks and highlight the same
What you'll do
- Driving Site Reviews and Budgeting
- Facilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basis
