What you'll do
- Be supporting the Talent Acquisition team with operational activities for a leading Conglomerate
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
