What you'll do
- SCADA Software Support & Troubleshooting Provide L1/L2 technical support for SmartComm SCADA applications deployed across multiple customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues related to graphics, alarms, trends, dashboards, reports, databases, historian, and application performance
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Support software upgrades, patches, migrations, and system enhancements
- Industrial Communication & Device Integration Configure, troubleshoot, and validate communication between SCADA systems and field devices
