About the role
The DGM - Supply Quality is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and components from suppliers meet quality standards and specifications, while also actively engaging in supplier collaboration and qualification to enhance overall supply chain quality.
What you'll do
- Identify day-to-day non-quality factors, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans at suppliers
- Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions
- Lead quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of suppliers’ actions
- Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance
- Manage the sustainability recovery of his plant panel of suppliers Main activities
