About the Role We are looking for a driven and technically astute DocuSign Application IT Owner & Integration Analyst to join the Schneider Digital team. This role combines application ownership accountability with deep integration and API development expertise, serving as the central technical authority for the DocuSign platform within Schneider Electric's global IT landscape.
What you'll do
- Manage the full application lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, upgrades, renewals, and decommissioning
- Govern application SLAs, availability, and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the DocuSign vendor and internal procurement teams for license management, support escalations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain comprehensive application documentation including architecture diagrams, integration maps, and runbooks
