About the role
The Design Engineer will be responsible for driving Change of Supplier (CoS) and localization projects for Low Voltage (LV) electrical products, including circuit breakers (MCCB, ACB, MCB), enclosures, busways, and accessories (e.g., rotary handles, motor mechanisms, trip units).
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving Change of Supplier (CoS) and localization projects for Low Voltage (LV) electrical products, including circuit breakers (MCCB, ACB, MCB)
- Perform design validation and impact analysis (form, fit, function)
- Ensure technical equivalence or improvement versus existing designs
- Support PPAP / Industrialization activities
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, UL) and local regulatory requirements
