About the role
Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in electromechanical, switchgear product development and lead the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of electromechanical products, switchgear assemblies, and related subsystems.

- Create and review complete required assembly documentation including component details, assembly drawings, 3D Models and design documentation
- Provides guidance to the Product Management department regarding the feasibility of customer requested special products and accessories
- Understands and functions within all phases of product development and sustaining engineering including Order processing utilizing Switch business systems
