We are seeking an Expert Data Scientist with strong experience in AI solution development with a focus on Generative AI, / agentic AI systems. You'll lead the development of predictive models that drive strategic decisions and create measurable impact across the organization. About the Role You have a proven expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning, and in generative AI and agentic AI.
What you'll do
- Solution Development Design, Implementation, Deliver, and Support AI solutions to be incorporated in products
- Ensure observability on genAI/agenticAI solutions and optimal trade-off between accuracy, latency, and cost.Build reusable frameworks, APIs
- Ensure reproducibility, traceability, and quality through disciplined engineering practices, including GitHub, and Markdown
- Lead code reviews and maintain high standards for coding, testing, and documentation
- Quality and Observability Define robust evaluation frameworks, including A/B testing, benchmarking, and offline/online performance metrics
