About the role
The Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Schneider Digital’s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in Web Application Development What will you do? Worked as Individual Contributor, managed and derived outcome from dev team. Has Experience in running end-to-end project L3 / Enhancement; have handled real life complex problem independently / Project & Run Delivery.
What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile practices, quality standards, and governance controls
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams
- Own execution of change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes
- Manage and mentor 5–7 developers/tech leads, allocate tasks, track productivity, drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices
